Midwives in Uniform/Uniform Services Committee Submission Guidelines

All photographs and information posted in this section must be submitted by the ACNM member or a member of the CNM/CM's family. Your submission gives ACNM permission to post the information to our website.

To submit a photograph and information:

Provide your name and credentials (e.g., Jane, MSN, CNM).
Provide military branch and rank, and the unit within which you serve or your duty station (e.g., US Army, Captain, Nurse Corps).
If you were deployed, provide the timeframe (month, year) (e.g., February 2003).
Provide home city and state (e.g., Richmond, VA).
Provide a brief "personal profile" paragraph of no more than 150 words.

Photographs should be submitted electronically. They should be at least 200 dpi resolution and in .jpg or .gif format, and less than 1.5 MB in file size.
