Core Data Survey -- Your Support is Appreciated!

The College's premier data collection program -- the annual Core Data Survey -- is making its way onto the Internet this year.

The 2008 Core Data Survey enables the national office to update essential information about midwifery practice in the United States. The collection of these critical data enables the comparison of our data with other vital data such as those collected by other professional organizations and the US Government.

ACNM is offers members the option of completing the Core Data Survey online. CLICK HERE TO ACCESS THE CORE DATA SURVEY ONLINE.

We encourage ALL members to use the online option, as it improves the quality of the data and saves ACNM money. You will need your member ID to complete the survey online. You will only be able to complete the online survey one time each year.

However, if Internet access is a problem, you may download a paper version here. Complete the paper survey and return it to ACNM, Attn: Core Data Survey, 8403 Colesville Road, Suite 1550, Silver Spring, MD 20910.
